Motivation

Keynote Speaker

As with everything else I do, I speak with passion.

I love to share my story and  the lessons learned from the extreme adventurous world with a  wider audience.

Challenges faced in the wild, going against  perceived norms, surviving  entrepreneurial ups and downs and  being a woman in man dominated world are all part of my story.

While fixated about a goal, everything in life is really about the journey. My fellow climber and mentor Christine Boskoff  used to say: “when we unzip our tents in below zero temperatures, put on our boots and climbing gear, and venture out in the dark to reach that summit up there , nothing is impossible when we go back to our normal lives”. Christine lost her life doing what she most loved on the mountains, but her words continue to live with me.

When I speak,  I aim for big impact through spontaneity and passion, but if someone leaves my presentation feeling slightly elevated, learned the smallest of lessons, or got  ignited somehow to question or be inspired… this is also more than enough.

Lasting impacts don’t need to be big ones.

I have been invited as a keynote speaker around the world to share  my insights on transformation and achievements. I am a natural Storyteller, and this is what connects me to my audience in the most profound way.
